Safety before speed
No joint is worth an incident. Therefore, we work under your permit-to-work system, with job safety analysis and hose integrity checks on every shift.
Bolt Torquing is a bolt torquing company in Saudi Arabia that does one job and does it properly: controlled bolt torquing and hydraulic bolt tensioning for industrial plants, pipelines and projects across the Kingdom.

Who we are
Bolted joints hold a plant together. When a flange leaks at start-up, the gasket is rarely to blame; far more often, the bolts were never loaded correctly. Bolt Torquing exists to solve exactly that problem, with crews and equipment dedicated to controlled bolting.
Our technicians work with calibrated hydraulic torque wrenches, bolt tensioners, pumps and torque multipliers. In addition, they follow joint-specific procedures aligned with ASME PCC-1 and your own engineering specifications, so every flange is tightened to a calculated load and recorded.
As a result, maintenance managers and procurement teams get one accountable partner for the whole bolted joint: from the bolt load calculation to the final tagged record, during routine maintenance, planned turnarounds and emergency call-outs.
Alongside bolt torquing, the same crews provide pipe cold cutting, flange facing, nitrogen purging and hydrotesting, so a modification can be cut, machined, bolted, tested and purged by one team.
What we stand for
Six commitments our clients can hold us to, on every site and every shift.
No joint is worth an incident. Therefore, we work under your permit-to-work system, with job safety analysis and hose integrity checks on every shift.
Every tool is calibrated and every value is calculated, because an accurate bolt load is the difference between a tight joint and a leak.
Each joint is tagged and recorded, so that your QA/QC team and inspectors can see exactly what was done, when and by whom.
Our people do bolting every day; as a result, they understand gasket behaviour, bolt preload and joint integrity in depth.
Crews and equipment mobilize for planned shutdowns and, just as importantly, for emergency leaks at short notice.
We tell you which method your joint needs and why, rather than recommending the most expensive option.
How we work
Every job follows the same documented sequence, so that results are repeatable from the first flange to the last.
First, we review drawings, bolt and gasket specifications, operating conditions and site access before mobilizing.
Next, we calculate the target torque or tension values and the tightening sequence, and issue them for your approval.
Then we clean and lubricate studs and nuts, replace damaged fasteners, and check flange alignment and gasket seating.
After that, bolts are tightened in a cross pattern over multiple passes with calibrated tools, under your permit-to-work system.
Afterwards, final values are verified and each joint is tagged with the applied load, date and technician.
Finally, you receive a complete joint record with tool calibration references, applied values and sign-off, ready for audit and start-up.
Our bolting crews mobilize with calibrated equipment across Saudi Arabia, 24 hours a day.
